1. Check product specifications and thickness. The size and thickness of any electronic circuit board may vary, and customers can start measuring from this aspect to see if the produced PCB board meets the thickness and specifications of their own product.

2. When making double-sided PCB circuit boards, the brightness and color of the board can also be used to judge. In order to achieve insulation effect for the double-layer PCB board, there will be ink coverage on the outside of the PCB circuit board during the production process. Assuming that the ink on the board is uneven or the color is not bright, it is not good for the insulation board itself.

3. The shape of the weld seam is very important during solder mask. Due to the large number of parts on the PCB board, poor soldering can easily cause the parts to fall off, resulting in circuit short circuits or other problems.
